We do have weldable trailer hitch receivers for your 2004 Dodge Ram. The longest one is going to be 48 inches, and you can use either the Tow Ready Combo Bar with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # 80948 or Curt Combo Bar with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # C49480.
These hitches do not have any specific weight ratings because ratings are dependent on the entire fabrication and install.

Right now there isn't a custom gooseneck hitch available for your 2022 Toyota Tundra, however the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 which is a universal kit.
However, you'll need to fabricate and weld a 1/2" steel plate to the frame of the vehicle, and then bolt # C65500 to that, so this option would require some fabrication.

It sounds like maybe you need something like the Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver for Custom Fabricated Hitches # E17, which could be welded to the tube you're referring to and would give you a secondary 2" receiver. This receiver does have a 500-lbs tongue weight, but it should be noted that any time you extend a receiver away from the cross tube more than 9" that the tongue weight is reduced by approximately 50%.

I have a solution for you, but there is not a custom fit gooseneck available for the 2001 Ford F-550 cab and chassis, so anything you choose will need to be custom fabricated and installed by a certified welder. I'll also say that I don't know how a fiberglass truck bed is going to hold up for this type of application, so you will want to be careful that nothing is attached to the truck bed so that you can avoid damaging it.

If your 2015 Honda Pilot no longer has the trailer hitch receiver or wiring from the factory we will have the wiring you will need. There is not an aftermarket rear trailer hitch receiver available as every one manufactured should have left the factory with a receiver. To upgrade your A&E awning you can either use the 12V Solera Conversion Kit, White # LC434724 or Black # LC434723, OR the 18V Solera Conversion Kit, White # LC434730 or Black # LC434729.
Both options use electricity to extend and retract the awning, but they also include manual overrides so that you can do it by hand in the event of a power failure.
